Description
Dragons judge precious jewels not by their rarity but for their strength and hardness. The stronger a jewel is, the more protection they get in their most vulnerable body parts. Dragons are considered hoarders of precious jewels, like gemstones and precious metals, and use their fire power to purify them. Some, like gold serve as a catalyst for strengthening their eggs in several stages of their gestation, while gemstones are used to reenforce weaker body parts like underbellies. The more gemstones and precious metals they were able to hoard, the stronger they would be seen in the Draconian Society. For humans, these jewels have a value order as an evaluation measure.
